Unite For a Healthy New Jersey Running Marathon

There are a great many benefits to running in annual running events, marathons and half marathons. First and foremost are the health benefits of this healthy hobby; running -- whether in a daily exercise routing, or training for and participating in marathons -- is the best type of cardiovascular exercise that one can get. This cardiovascular exercise helps to strengthen muscles, burn fat and calories, and to strengthen the cardiovascular system against the risks of heart disease and other pulmonary disorders.
